Guest Messaging, Venue
Messaging & Digital Signage -
Venue guests
are enabled to communicate with each other via the Location and
Information Stations that are situated throughout the venue. The
Messaging System also provides an avenue for venues to communicate with
venue guests. Notices to guests regarding venue specials, weather,
special promotions may all be sent via the Location & Information
Stations to specific guests or to all passersby via a digital
promotional piece that plays on the Location & Information Stations when
it is not being used by a venue guest.
Display of Commercials

The Guest Location &
Information Stations, while idle, can be configured to play short movie
files. These files may be instructional shorts on the Guest System,
tailored to the environment. At the venues request, these movies can be
exchanged for venue promotions, or third party or partner
advertisements.
Reservations –
The Reservation Services
Application is designed to reduce or eliminate wait-times usually
associated with restaurants, shows, attractions, and popular rides. The
module is flexible and can be completely configured to the venue’s
expectations and level of guest service desired. It is designed to
embrace existing reservation and/or line management systems in place
today while providing a new source of revenue for the venue.
Multiple Language -
The Guest System can be
configured to allow for multiple languages present at the
LocationStation. This feature allows guests to interact with the
LocationStation in their native language.
Reporting –
Embedded into
the Guest System is a set of Standard Reports. These reporting elements
can be tailored for each venue. Custom Reports can be requested and
developed on an as needed basis.
